Soft play hire provides a curated, enclosed play space made from foam-padded equipment — including climbing structures, ball pits, soft mats, and play shapes — all specially designed for young children. Our setups are perfectly suited for children aged 1 to 5 years, providing a safe environment for crawlers, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore, climb, and play freely.

All of our Full Service packages include delivery, full setup, and pack-down at your venue. We arrive before your party, set everything up beautifully, and return at the end to collect it — so you don't have to lift a finger. Pricing is all-inclusive including the balls for the ballpits, in a choice of colours; there are no hidden fees for delivery or labour for parties held between 10am and 6pm.

Our standard hire packages cover parties held between 10:00am and 6:00pm, any day of the week — including weekends and public holidays. If you're planning a party outside of these hours, we'd love to help — simply reach out to us directly to discuss your requirements, as additional charges may apply.

To secure your booking date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This reserves your date exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to your event.

We understand that life with little ones is wonderfully unpredictable, so we've designed our policy to be as fair and flexible as possible:

• More than 14 days before your event: Your 50% deposit is fully refundable — no questions asked.
• Between 14 days and 3 days before your event: A partial refund applies and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The balance is payable via bank transfer three (3) days prior to the event.
• Within 3 days of your event: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date are non-refundable. By this point, equipment has been reserved, cleaned, and prepared specifically for your event. A booking credit, valid for 6 months, may be offered for rescheduling your party.

Our equipment is designed for use in indoor spaces only when wet weather is a risk. If rain is forecast or your original venue is outdoors, it is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange a suitable indoor alternative (such as a home living area, hired hall, or indoor venue) prior to the event.

Please note: cancellations due to weather within 3 days of the booking date are non-refundable, so we strongly encourage all hirers to have an indoor contingency plan in place when booking an outdoor or semi-outdoor space. If you're unsure whether your venue is suitable, we're always happy to advise.

A booking credit, valid for 6 months, may be offered for rescheduling your party.

We recommend a clear, flat area of at least 3m x 3m as a minimum, though more space allows us to set up a more immersive play experience. We'll always work with what you have and tailor the layout to suit your venue. Got questions about your space? Just ask us — we're happy to help you plan.

Absolutely. The safety and wellbeing of every child at your party is our highest priority. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between every single hire, and we inspect each piece carefully before it leaves our care. As parents ourselves, we hold our equipment to the same standard we'd expect for our own child.
